Online purchases must be returned in original, ticketed condition for Full Refund and postmarked within 14 days of delivery to you. If after the 14 days, a store credit will be issued for your return. Store credits are redeemable at either location and online. Any returns after 14 days is at the discretion of Betsy Jenney. Merchandise can be returned by mail or instore at either location and shipping fees are nonrefundable. Jewelry, Sale Merchandise and Skincare are not returnable.
